As we all know, student council elections are kicking off for officer positions. With homecoming just around the corner and the school year really starting to pick up, we are excited to see what our Student Council representatives have to bring to the table.
There are so many wonderful options for Student Council officers this year across all grade levels, but we especially can’t wait to see what the freshman class brings to Kettle Run. New school year, new class, new ideas, and new motivations—all of these are things the Class of 2030 can bring to the school, and we are ready to support them and see what they accomplish.
As the Class of 2030 settles into Kettle Run, they are ambitious and excited to bring forward new opportunities, trends, outlooks, and ideas that can positively impact our growing community.
This year, Student Council is preparing for homecoming week with Spirit Week, the homecoming game, and the homecoming dance. This year’s dance theme is Hocochella. Alongside these events, there will also be a tailgate, and Student Council will be painting the rocks outside the school.
So many things are just getting started for the Class of 2030 and the 2026–2027 school year. But we have to remember that this is only the beginning, and there are many more things to come. We have much more to achieve, and it’s only September.
