2/11/19 — Jeff Bezos was targeted by the National Enquirer, considered by many to be the worlds most popular tabloid, as they released private text messages between him and his alleged mistress, Lauren Sanchez. Bezos then suggested that the targeting was politically motivated, from his ownership of the Washington Post.

2/12/19 — Kettle Run Boys Basketball had their first round of North-Western District playoffs, and beat Liberty in overtime, 60 to 54. The team will now play James Woods at home on 2/15/19.

2/13/19 — In many states across the United States, Felons were unable to vote in elections. Many called this an atrocity against their civil rights. This week, Governor Ralph Northam enacted legislation in order to restore the voting rights of convicted felons. Almost 10,000 former felons had their voting rights given back to them.

2/14/19 — Valentines Day 2019, a holiday that was celebrated as a feast of fertility by the Romans, and is now a national holiday in the USA. Chocolates, flowers and cards are incredibly common on Valentines Day, and it is the celebration of

2/15/19 — Senior Ski Trip, the senior class had their senior trip today, visiting Massanutten Resort in Rockingham county. They had the option to ski, snowboard, tube, and visit the waterboard. Seniors left Kettle Run on charter buses prior to school starting, and spent the day at the resort.
